As of yet, Base has been the best CRM app for my small business. The only & last upgrade this app needs is "product listing" and Ill be using this for the long haul!!!

Try it. If you do heavy inside sales and rely on the phone its the best I evaluated.

So far so good. No crashing and I love it. The mobile version it great and the integration to google maps is awesome. I can pull up a map and see what customers and prospects are near me.

The App is basic, hard to use, does not have functions of web UI. No response to support requests from Base.

Its clean, intuitive, and functional. Ive even had a couple questions that were answered by the support team within less than 24 hrs. Great job!

Really enjoy the app! Has helped me be able to plan out meetings and keep notes at my fingertips for later review. The only crash Ive experienced is if I am setting up a Task. If you set the time, and realize you made a mistake and try to go back and change it, it crashes. Once you save the task, you can then come back and fix the time. Really not a big deal.

This is the fourth CRM my company has tried in three years. This is by far the best yet. Well integrated mobile experience.

I love this app. But the iOS 9 release doesnt download older deals that are in the desktop. The app upgrade for iOS 9 makes it look like 2/3 of my deals have disappeared. Oh, it will download them...but Im not going try to remember almost 100 customers. Thats why I use this product in the first place. Fix it, or lose a customer.

I love this app/product! Yes- you do need a subscription to the service but let me tell you...its so worth it. The voice call directly from the website or app is awesome. Especially because after each call its easy to debrief because it is recorded to play back and learn how to do better! Highly recommended from an outside sales rep who has to make a ton of cold calls.

A very rich and fully functional app experience. Love using the maps feature and smart lists to see my info on the go!

Ive tried a bunch of different crms and this one is by far the best combination of power and ease of use

This APP has a lot of potential, but as it is now it requires a lot of data entry. I love how you can enter a business but when you assign a contact to that business you have to enter all of the same data again, I have customers with 10-30 sales people per site and I continually have to enter same data. The APP has sales tracker but no instructions kind of hard to figure out.

I wish the base calling worked better. I need to know when they are calling my base number or my personal cell phone line. Right now base calling only works when you have the app open, I dont know if this is due to an Apple restriction or they way the app is built. I have emailed the developer hoping to get an answer/fix. Other than that this is a 5 star app but 4 stars for the mentioned.

We have been committed to Base for almost two years now, and their app has consistently been slow, crashes, or buggy. I give it two stars because they have a good backbone and am currently in a good mood about it, but when I need my CRM to work while on the road (mobile app), it rarely, if ever, does.

The updating the app load screen makes the app nearly unusable for an occasional reviewer. I set my team on base and like to check in occasionally. I can actually pull out my Mac, login, open Chrome, and login to the webapp before the app loads through the update page. I want to love this app so please lazy load or something! :-)

Im a solopreneur and was a 7-year user and fan of Salesforce. I initially chose to look for an alternative CRM due to high cost of Salesforce, but have found such greater functionality with Base, I only wish Id made the switch sooner. Base is intuitively designed and I find myself engaging with it far more than I did with Salesforce.

I just started using this app and it is so much better than my previous system. Its going to make running my contracting business so much smoother on the customer service side of things. Im stoked to see how well it works over this coming year. It does really need iPad pro support, but all in due time Im sure. I give you 5 stars because you are by far the best app out there in this area.
