This is the perfect CRM

I love this app/product!
Yes- you do need a subscription to the service but let me tell you...its so worth it. The voice call directly from the website or app is awesome. Especially because after each call its easy to debrief because it is recorded to play back and learn how to do better!
Highly recommended from an outside sales rep who has to make a ton of cold calls.
