Great app, great crm, great pricing!!

Base CRM is a great CRM. Its intuitive and reps who are involved in sales generally dont like spending extra time doing data entry. Once organized for your reps and used on a regular basis Base CRM will make them better reps by providing them with more accurate and historical information.

Ive tried and tested many CRM apps and most were okay, but this one is out of the ordinary. They pretty much added everything you need for an on the go CRM. Its almost like I had the web app on my phone. Beautiful UI and great performance.

Base is great. I love it. It keeps track of all contacts and info throughout all my devices. No more bit of paper :-)

Very responsive. I am able to update my notes while on the road after seeing a client. Saves me ton of time rather than doing it later.

Easy, Simply, Straight Forward CRM. I do experience "crashing" from time to time; hopefully that will be resolved soon.

Needs call display integration. Sometimes a little glitchy. But overall a very good CRM.

Best CRM especially because the mobile app is indestructible. Everything is there, UI is sick, useful features and simple.

Lots of pros few cons: The map constantly glitches on my iPad and the leads disappear when I pinch to zoom. Cannot call a lead to my cell phone number, always goes through wifi.
