A few of us at our company use this app. It doesnt work. It shuts down our phones. It freezes then goes crazy.

I did my research with many CRM tools before choosing Base and landed on the best! Base features a lot of power under the hood, but its design helps fresher business folks understand the app easily and hit the ground running from day one!

This application almost mirrors the computer application in great fashion and usability. As a start up business owner I would not go any where else. This application is affordable and well worth it.

This is the only CRM we use for my small business. The web version is paid, but the mobile app on iOS is 100% free and you can use it on multiple devices, across multiple users. I also love the design of the app. Everything is nice and clean.

I use this for my real estate business and love it! Lots of options and very user friendly system.

I use this software every single day at work. I want to use the mobile portion to answer calls, read text messages but I cant because its lag and slow performance makes it incredibly hard to use. I am on the iPhone 7 plus and have issues with this application. Please update.

Doesnt work. Spent a bunch of time. This has been a waste of time. The product isnt there yet.

This app is awesome.

Coming from a company that preached Salesforce, I was looking for a CRM with similar features that would work on a start-up budget. After trying a few options I landed on Base. Ive been very happy with the app and software, and look forward to continuing to grow my team with the CRM.

Updates several times a day. You have to wait for it to load then log in again. Not good.

Im not sure what they are thinking but they disabled the ability to copy and paste with any information, its very frustrating, its a lot of going around to get to information, Salesforce app is a lot better, Im using that for my other business and stuck using base app for this business, seems like a good crm though, but crms are all about tech., and this is a huge negative point.

In our business we deal with a ton of clients and a ton of projects. The beauty with this CRM is that it allows us to keep up to date with all clients and goals. The access to the client portal allows he client to check up on their own deals. We love the fact that it also allows us to view when a client reads/opens our emails! Love it!

I like this app a lot need a mobile app but would like it if i could use it on my desktop. Not sure how i can use it that way.

I like the app, but its fallen behind on features. Little things like keyboard shortcuts, and split view support would go a very long way.

We compared a ton of CRMs and came down to Agile CRM and Base, but the Base app was the thing that put them over the edge.

Base is the best CRM, no best business app, I have used. It has an intuitive design that is easy to navigate. CRM used to be a chore; Base is a fun-to-use app that provides productivity to the user and valuable information to management. Very impressive.

This is the best one and Ive tried them all!! Keep up the great work!

Been using base as my crm for almost a year now. Some things that were great on my computer were NOT so great on my phone. This new update certainly changed that. Now filter options are greater. And the updating doesnt appear to be refreshing my filters every 15 minutes. Its beautiful. Highly recommended for any traveling sales person who uses a mobile app not only to set appts but also to determine next course of action.

If you download this app you will be unprofessionally stalked by Pat Sornsin. Who is Pat you ask... I am guessing hes an employee for Base. If you do download this app I warn you. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL. The last time I checked, it was never okay to email a potential customer EVERYDAY! The best part is the most recent email I received was rude and dismissive.... Yay! So happy I downloaded this app :/

This app is wonderful for the traveling salesman...outside sales would love this! Open up the map and it shows where your contacts are, keep zooming in and it breaks it down more and more. Click to select, need directions thats built in to use your gps service! Easy to view calendar! Easy to search contacts! Great to be able to see job titles of contacts at locations! One of the things I wait for is for iPhone to allow call recording. Keep up the great work!!
