I was looking for an app that I could easily track my customers and keep notes. This app does that.

Its been a few years already since we have started our quest for a CRM that would actually work for our small consulting company. We went through numerous Windows-, Mac- and cloud-based applications. After trying all big names and many smaller ones, I can assure you that Base CRM is the only system that we implemented with virtually no resistance and no learning curve. Focus on sales has improved. The sales funnel is now thicker, the follow-ups are much more consistent and the closing ratios are higher. Easy to use, efficient and well priced!

Dont know how I kept everything straight before BASE. Great customer service, and they are always updating.

We tried Salesforce, Sugar, and Zoho but settled on Base for its amazing ease of use and elegant feature set.

Its ease of use. Made specifically for mobile and has a ton of features. Love the history / record for each contact and the voice calling. Love this app!

This app has been very helpful organizing my contacts for my business. Best one I found for what I am doing. I just hope the information on the app backs up with the rest of my iPad when I connect it to my computer.

Easy to use Good user interface I now only use the customer database as that is what I was after, but may soon upgrade and use Base to monitor my deals as well.

Ive used multiple CRMs in the past but the great thing is that Base makes a complex tool beautifully simple. Is highly recommend giving Base CRM a shot.

No exchange on the email set up has made it impossible to set up the program with my office email. I like the program but not being able to set up my office email with it is a big problem. Being able to edit or add fields would be a good addition.

This app is a great waste of time, specially for iPhone , the functions are very limited and frustrating , I didnt try the desktop version yet ... But iPhone version needs a long way to maturity ...
